This article highlights the three major categories that are most impacted by Critical Race Theory indoctrination in schools: parents, teachers, and students. These are also the three groups with the clearest standing in courtroom challenges to radical CRT indoctrination in schools. While the teacher’s lawsuit alleges a toxic and racially-segregated work environment, a lawsuit on behalf of a minor alleges that his assignment asked him to identify whether he was an “oppressor” based solely on skin color.
