Authorities arrested Chris Chandler, a biological male in Charlottesville, Virginia, Monday after he reportedly admitted to raping his 79-year-old mother, Barbara, who is said to suffer from dementia. Authorities arrested the transgender and listed him as a “female” on the police report, and is said to be jailed with female inmates. “God… said this was OK,” Chandler reportedly said while describing his sexual misconduct with his mother in an eight- minute phone conversation with a friend. Clearly this man who claims he is a woman has a serious mental disorder.
