Arizona sued the Biden Administration due to the recent vaccine mandate that would affect around 100 million Americans. The mandate would bound all federal workers and every private businesses with over 100 employees. The lawsuit compares the Administration’s response to unvaccinated Americans with that of immigrants coming from the southern border, which need no vaccine or testing to enter America. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said, “This is an egregious, tyrannical power grab that stands no chance in court,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said.
