Senator Rand Paul questioned the Department of Health and Human Services’ Secretary over his capacity to make scientific decisions for the U.S. regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. The Senator remarked an Israeli study that showed how natural immunity could be more effective than the vaccine to prevent Covid-19. Then, Paul asked HHS Secretary about his scientific credentials, but the Secretary dodged the questions.
