Lawlessness in Congo leads to the massacre of indigenous people groups like the Banyamulenge tribe. Local militias raided at least five villages of the Banyamulenge, burning their houses and killing their cattle. Violence has increased in the eastern Congo region due to militias from neighboring states. Some are allied with the Islamic State.
