The State of Florida is suing the Biden Administration and NASA for the governmental overreach with their unlawful vaccine mandate for federal workers and contractors. In the lawsuit, Governor Ron DeSantis alleges the edict violates Florida policies and threatens the economy. Florida also stated that the federal government does not have the authority to approve that type of policy without Congress.
