The Pentagon announced the approval of a $650 million air-to-air missiles deal with Saudi Arabia to help them counter Iranian-backed air attacks. The sale does not require congressional consent. Biden is doing this a few months after ending U.S. support for Saudi Arabia taking offense in Yemen.
