EudraVigilance is a European Union database that monitors and reports suspected drug reactions from countries within the EU. The purpose of the database states on the website, “the European Medicines Agency publishes these data so that its stakeholders, including the public, can access information that European regulatory authorities use to review the safety of a medicine or active substance.”
