The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has announced that it will comply with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and suspend the implementation and enforcement of Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for private employers. Fifth Circuit Judge Kurt Engelhardt believes public interest is best served by maintaining the liberty of individuals to make personal decisions according to their convictions, even when those decisions frustrate government officials.
