The Fitchburg State University Center for Diversity and Inclusiveness created processing spaces for students to process the verdict of Kyle Rittenhouse. These “spaces’ are segregated by students of color, white students, faculty and staff of color, and white faculty and staff. The University claimed that organizing such discussions by identity groups is a proven educational strategy.
