Rep. Ralph Norman Contends With FDA Over Failure To Release COVID Data

Objectivity 4.7 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.8

South Carolina Republican Rep. Ralph Norman responded to the FDA’s incomprehensible request to wait 55 years before releasing COVID 19 data by introducing legislation that could force compliance. The inquiry for data, requested by scientists and medical professionals from the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), was filed under the Freedom of Information Act. The failure of the FDA to comply prompted a lawsuit by PHMPT asserting transparency would help vaccine skeptics be informed and not be so resistant to taking the vaccine.
