The new leader of ISIS, Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi, killed himself along with his wife and two children when he detonated an explosive on the third floor of a building in the Syrian village of Atmeh, as US Special Forces closed in on him. Joe Biden described Abu Ibrahim as “a major terrorist threat to the world” and “the global leader of ISIS.”
