At least two Iranians in the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Quds Force reportedly are plotting to assassinate former Trump national security adviser John Bolton. The Iranian military was involved in significant reconnaissance activity in the alleged plot, including efforts to recruit an assassin on U.S. soil. Biden’s Department of Justice has indictable evidence against the Iranians but is allegedly resisting publicly indicting the men for fear it could disturb talks for a nuclear deal with Iran.
