The Biden administration will reportedly lift some energy sanctions on Russia to comply with the renegotiated Iran nuclear deal. A State Department official confirmed that the U.S. will “not sanction Russian participation in nuclear projects that are part of resuming full implementation of the JCPOA.” Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s lead negotiator, bragged that Moscow, Tehran, and Beijing took advantage of the U.S. and got all they wanted from the deal at the expense of America.
