Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation created the world’s first app combining digital identification with passports, licenses, insurance, social welfare benefits, Covid-19 vaccination records, and more. Federov said, “I think that, in the future, governments will resemble tech companies, not classical governments.”
