A federal judge ruled on Monday nixing Biden’s Mask Mandate on federal airplanes in a setback to the Administration’s COVID-19 agenda. The Center for Disease Control crafted the mandate in January 2021, and Biden ordered the Federal Aviation Administration to implement it. Almost two dozen states filed a lawsuit raising several statutory and constitutional objections to the Mask Mandate. “Because our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully even in pursuit of desirable ends, the Court declares unlawful and vacates the Mask Mandate,” Judge Kathryn Mizelle Ruled.
