Dr. Anthony Fauci voiced his opposition to Judge Kathryn Mizelle for ending the public transit mask mandate in an interview on Thursday with CNN. Fauci said, “…this is a CDC issue, it should not be a court issue.” However, U.S. District Judge Mizelle said Monday that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had exceeded its statutory authority when it ordered the mandate on public transit.
