The U.S., European Union, other Western nations, and international organizations continue to pursue rigorous climate agendas to drive the transition away from fossil fuel dependence, however new wind and solar installations are plummeting. “The whole thing has been sort of a government created industry, from the get go,” said Dan Kish, a senior fellow at the Institute for Energy Research.
