A draft Supreme Court opinion overruling Roe v. Wade has been leaked to the press. “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives,” the possible draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito reads. The 67-page opinion says, “we hold that Roe v. Wade must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision…”
