Suspected Gunman in Buffalo Had Plans to Continue His Attack Outside

After suspected gunman killed 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket in New York, he planned to continue the shooting spree down Jefferson Avenue.  On Saturday afternoon, 18 year-old Peyton Gendron began shooting in the parking lot of Tops Friendly Market before entering the store to continue his rampage.  Gendron surrendered to the authorities, who described his attack an act of “racially motivated violent extremism.”
