Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey issued an executive order last week to fill gaps in the southern border wall with shipping containers topped with razor wire. The order directs the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs to fill gaps in the border wall in the Yuma sector — where there has been a significant increase in migrant encounters in particular. “Arizona has had enough,” Ducey said in a statement. “We can’t wait any longer.”
