Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.8

Relief supplies from Turkey, United Arab Emirates and other countries have begun reaching the estimated 33 million Pakistanis affected by the recent heavy monsoon rains. Over 1 million homes have been damaged and over 1000 people have been killed.  Pakistani officials say that the current flooding is worse than in 2010 and it may take years for the country to recover.  Rescue and relief operations have been implemented by the government with at least 6,500 soldiers deployed to assist civilian authorities.
