President Biden Uses Jet, Motorcades, and Police Protection to Vote

Objectivity 4.2 | Credibility 3.9 | Relevance 4.3

President Joe Biden used local police protection, two motorcades and Air Force One to travel from Washington D.C. to Delaware to vote. Most presidents have chosen to cast absentee ballots to save tax-payer dollars. In both the 2010 and 2014 Illinois Democratic primaries President Barack Obama voted absentee, and former President Donald Trump did so in the 2018 and 2020 elections as well, according to Bloomberg. The average cost of travel for a U.S. president is approximately $2,600 per minute, estimates have stated.
