North Korea Launches Four Missiles as U.S. Deploys B-1B bombers to Joint Drills

Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.7 | Relevance 4.8

North Korea on Saturday launched four short-range missiles toward the country’s western sea, according to South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff. North Korea fired more than 30 missiles last week, as the U.S. and South Korea wrapped up their joint air force drills on Saturday. During the last day of the drills, the U.S. deployed two B-1B bombers and four F-16 fighter jets, joined by four South Korean F-35 jets, which demonstrated the two countries’ resolve to vigorously respond to North Korea’s continued provocation.
