Tougher Oversight by Congress for Biden Admin Over Ukraine Aid

The pressure to provide stricter oversight and accountability for the nearly $20 billion in military assistance and weaponry that has been sent to Ukraine by the Biden Administration and the Pentagon is mounting as Republicans will soon take majority in Congress.  With no end of the war in sight, taxpayers are becoming frustrated that the amount of assistance to Ukraine remains open-ended.  According to the Washington Post, a growing number of Democrats support tougher oversight.  Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) said, “The taxpayers deserve to know that investment is going where its intended to go.”
