Cyber security and data analyst group Ghost Data reported that Twitter has almost doubled its suspension rate on accounts posting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Andrea Stroppa, Founder of Ghost Data, and Twitter’s Trust and Safety team stated Twitter had updated a procedure to detect past and present content with CSAM at a much “faster, more efficient, and more aggressive” speed. “No mercy for those who are involved in these illegal activities,” Stroppa said.
