Multiple explosions shook the Ukrainian capital of Kiev Wednesday morning in a predawn bombing. Ukrainian officials said air defense systems were activated against the suicide drones, and claimed to have shot down a total of 13. The UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office said, “intentionally directing attacks against civilians and civilian objects is a serious violation of international humanitarian law. Those responsible must be held to account.”
