Supreme Court to Hear Brunson v. Adams on Jan. 6 Challenging Procedural Violation of 2020 Election

Objectivity 4.0 | Credibility 4.6 | Relevance 4.9

On January 6, 2023, Brunson v. Adams, the bombshell case alleging a constitutional violation of procedure in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, will be heard by the Supreme Court.  The Brunsons are four brothers from Utah whose suit names 388 legislators that they claim failed to uphold their oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Former Republican governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee said of the case, “The argument, in this case, is that by not looking into serious allegations of election fraud, those who voted to confirm the results of the 2020 election broke their oath of office and are ineligible to run for any elected office again.”
