Britain vows to ban conversion therapy for the LGBT community in England and Wales, disputing the efficacy of treatments that claim to “change” a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. “The Bill will protect everyone, including those targeted on the basis of their sexuality, or being transgender,” Culture Minister Michelle Donelan said.
