Former Vice President Mike Pence has informed Congress that documents with classified markings have been found at his home in Carmel, Indiana. The documents stem from Pence’s time as vice president under President Trump. After the discovery of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center and Biden’s home in Delaware, Pence’s team began searching his home and the office of his political advocacy group, Advancing American Freedom. The documents were found in Pence’s home on January 16. Pence’s lawyers informed the National Archives who contacted the FBI, who then collected the documents on January 19.
