More details have come forth in the ongoing Georgia child sex abuse case of the same-sex adoptive couple facing multiple charges for unspeakable crimes against their young sons. In 2011, Zachary Zulock was accused of luring and raping a 14-year-old boy, but the case was shut down and charges against Zachary were not pursued. Questions arise about the expedited adoption process through the now-defunct Christian-based adoption agency used by the same-sex couple, the role of Georgia’s child-welfare system in placing the boys, and the lack of accountability and scrutiny altogether.
