While at the Bob Jones Vision Center, the Lord showed me a vision of an enormous and devastating earthquake in a significant European city. The buildings and surroundings resembled medieval and renaissance architecture. It looked like Florence, Italy. The earth started shaking and magnificent structures, monuments, churches, walls, and steeples started violently shaking. Towers started collapsing, a large church dome crumbled, and an immense wall with all kinds of Egyptian hieroglyphs and symbols buckled and began crumbling. I did not see human casualties, but people were visibly in shock and great anxiety over the destruction of the city.
I sense this vision is a warning that a time of judgment upon established corrupt cultural humanistic powers and religious strongholds in Europe is going to happen soon. Italy has been a global cultural and religious influence for centuries. (Hebrews 12: 28 – “Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe.”)
Watch and pray regarding natural disasters happening in Europe, especially in Italy. The entire country of Italy is a seismic zone. Intercede for Italy, its people and leaders, and implore the Lord for national awakening, reformation, and repentance.
