Serhiy Haidai, Ukraine’s governor of Russian-occupied Luhansk province, said Russia is preparing to launch an offensive as soon as next week, while fierce battles in Ukraine’s Donetsk region are very difficult, according to Ukrainian President Zelenskyy. This comes as Ukrainian defense minister Oleksii Reznikov is being replaced after a corruption scandal in the ministry, and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has been invited to the summit for European Union leaders.
