Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.8 | Relevance 4.9

The “Ukraine Fatigue Resolution” was filed by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and co-sponsored by 10 House members on Thursday to end all U.S. aid to Ukraine for the war with Russia and seek a peace settlement between the two countries.  The resolution notes that the U.S. is the “top contributor of military aid to Ukraine compared to its counterparts” and has “appropriated more than $110,000,000,000 of military, financial, and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.” Gaetz said, “As the war slogs on in Ukraine, the benefits to Americans are unclear.”  He continued, saying, “Bandits in the Sinaloa Mountains hurt more Americans than the men in Crimea.”
