Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida made a surprise visit to Ukraine and is expected to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv.  Kishida has already visited the town of Bucha, a symbol for Russian atrocities against civilians during the year-long war.  It is the first time a Japanese leader has visited Ukraine since the war started, despite Japan providing over $7 billion in aid and sheltering refugees.  News of the visit comes as Chinese President Xi Jinping is visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.  The two leaders have signed an agreement to build a gas pipeline from Siberia to China, according to Fox News
