President Joe Biden addressed a “Transgender Day of Visibility” but failed to acknowledge the tragic Nashville shooting that had happened only three days before. “Transgender Day of Visibility celebrates the joy, strength, and absolute courage of some of the bravest people I know — people who have too often had to put their jobs, relationships, and lives on the line just to be their true selves,” Biden said. His response has raised concerns in the media as the Nashville shooter who identified as a transgender killed three adults and three 9-year-olds at The Covenant School.
