Russia has launched more than 20 cruise missiles at the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, the first attack on the city in almost two months, and other parts of the country.  In Kyiv, the attack caused damage to some residential buildings but no causalities have been reported.  In the eastern city of Dnipro two people were reported killed, a young mother and daughter, and in Uman, south of Kyiv, the regional governor reported that 6 people were killed and 17 injured after a multi-story building caught fire.  The attack comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has had a “long and meaningful” phone call with Chinese President Xi Jinping who promised to send a peace delegation to Ukraine according to Fox News
