Russian Attack Hits Medical Clinic; WHO Votes To Move Office From Moscow

A Russian rocket attack hit a medical clinic in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, killing at least two and injuring 23 others. Ukrainian President Vololdymyr Zelensky posted a video of the burning clinic saying, “Russian terrorists once again confirm their status of fighters against everything humane and honest.”  The Ukrainian capital of Kyiv and the eastern city of Kharkiv were also targeted in the attack which employed missiles and drones. Ukraine says that 17 missiles and 31 drones were shot down. Meanwhile, The Guardian reports that members of the World Health Organization at the 76th World Health Assembly in Geneva have voted to relocate the European Office for the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases from Moscow to Copenhagen, Denmark. The vote came with a rebuke towards Russia for damage and destruction of over 1,200 hospitals and healthcare facilities in Ukraine along with the deaths of  237 healthcare workers.
